Kathy Phillips, founder of 'Ready...Or Not?' strives to fill that niche and believes that moving should not be a stressful time.  The goal is 100% customer satisfaction with our many services to lighten the load and provide smooth transitions.

Kathy got her start renovating her home in 1989.  After completing that project she went on to renovate another, and then another!  During this period she realized how stressful, hectic, and disorganized this time can be and devised her own 'tried and true' methods of streamlining, coordinating, and simply getting the job done as quickly and cost effectively as possible.  Sometimes all it takes is a fresh eye and dedicated approach with the jobs broken down into manageable chunks.
